At the same time, the company bids farewell to founding partner Andy Williams, who will be retiring after nearly two decades of dedication to Muench Workshops.

"They bring an exciting new dynamic to our team, combining world-class photography expertise with operational excellence. Together, they will help us continue to offer some of the best photography workshops in the world."

A Fond Farewell to Andy Williams

After nearly 18 years of dedicated service, Andy Williams, a founding partner of Muench Workshops, has decided to retire from day-to-day operations as of December 31, 2024. Andy's journey with Muench Workshops began when he first encountered Marc Muench while organizing a photo weekend event. That chance meeting led to a long and fruitful partnership that saw the company grow from a small operation to one of the leading providers of photography workshops worldwide.

"I've had the privilege of working with incredible people, and the relationships we've built with both our team and clients have enriched my life in ways I never expected," said Andy. "While I'm retiring from the day-to-day, I'm excited to continue leading a few workshops through October 2025. I'm grateful for the experiences we've shared, and I look forward to seeing the new direction Muench Workshops takes with Sara and Luke."
