RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Local mindfulness coach and children's author Rashmi Shah will be hosting an engaging, family-friendly book reading with an activity session at Quail Ridge Books on May 31st 2025, featuring her new children's book I Found My Piece.

The event includes:

• Live reading of the book
• A guided mindfulness activity

I Found My Piece follows Nezzo, a young child adjusting to a big life change, and introduces mindfulness tools in a playful, empowering way.
