Brian Poe With His Daughter
LEXINGTON, Ky. - ncarol.com -- LEXINGTON, Ky., Fayette County Family Court Judges Sheila Isaacs and Libby Messer have ignored overwhelming evidence proving Brian Poe's innocence in a 2021 child abuse accusation, allowing over four years of family separation and harm—demanding immediate removal of such biased judges to avert further damage.

The accusation made Aug. 4, 2021, by Poe's ex-wife claiming he slapped their son, lacked any proof: zero marks, witnesses or prior abuse, with denials from Poe, his wife and the children. On the same day of the accusation, Poe was told by his children that their mother had them in secret therapy sessions focused on alienating them from their father. The therapist hired by the mother for the secret therapy sessions intended to alienate the children from Poe testified against her. The accusation was clearly meant to prevent the children from reaching Poe, following his discovery of the therapy. Judges dismissed Child Protective Services' "unfounded" ruling after thorough interviews and reviews; overlooked the district attorney's 2022 charge dismissal due to inconsistencies in the ex-wife's story; ignored therapists' reports confirming no abuse by Poe but flagging the mother's harmful coaching and influence; disregarded bank records proving Poe's payments, allowing the ex to keep his assets; and failed to penalize her over visitation denials. Judge Messer didn't allow kids visits with the grandparents or other Poe family members for 4 years. Judge Messer chastised and openly punished Poe by continually extending his time away from the children for not taking responsibility for his actions and threatened to remove his co-custody rights unless he changed, stating "if he doesn't change." She seemingly eventually accepted that the accusation may not have been true, stating, "I don't think it matters at this point."

This willful blindness has alienated Poe's now 12- and 9-year-old children, exposing them to substandard living, school absences, unregulated drugs, Munchausen-by-proxy concerns and OnlyFans involvement—inflicting lifelong trauma. Court records show that the mother used the children, as young as 5 and 7 at the time, to communicate via video and photos with the depraved OnlyFans customers to elicit gifts and money for their mom. By December 2025, limited home visits persist amid a Miami relocation motion, which is intended to help the mother launch her OnlyFans career, and contempt against Poe.

Judges like Isaacs and Messer, who perpetuate lies through bias, must be removed immediately via Judicial Conduct Commission actions and electoral opposition to prevent more shattered families.
