FPTower Inc. nonprofit launches coastal safety raffle fundraiser

SOUTHPORT, N.C. - ncarol.com -- SOUTHPORT, N.C. — FPTower Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on maritime safety, scientific research, and environmental stewardship, has launched its 2026 "Save A Life" Raffle to raise funds for coastal rescue technology and offshore research initiatives.

The raffle runs through May 25. Proceeds will fund the donation of four U Safe remotely controlled life-saving buoys to local coastal areas receiving the highest number of votes through raffle participation, as well as the efforts of FPTower Inc. nonprofit.

Each raffle ticket counts as one vote for a nominated coastal community. The U Safe is a remotely controlled rescue device designed to save lives while protecting first responders in conditions too dangerous for traditional methods.

Participants are also eligible to win a five-day, four-night Mission Immersive Eco-Adventure for the winner and three guests at the historic Frying Pan Tower™, located 32 miles off the North Carolina coast.  The prize includes charter boat transportation, accommodation, meals, and recreational activities.
