As with all IntellaTriage services, the foundation of the patient engagement service lies in its highly trained nursing staff. IntellaTriage employs over 300 licensed nurses, all with post-acute bedside experience. These nurses undergo robust internal training programs that prepare them for remote phone support, equipping the company with a uniquely skilled team to deliver this new service effectively.
