MATTHEWS, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Worldwide television star, entrepreneur, and recovery advocate Mike Sorrentino, alongside his wife and co-founder Lauren Sorrentino, officially celebrated the grand opening of Archangel Centers' North Carolina location on Friday, July 24. The opening marks the organization's second treatment center and another significant step in its mission to expand access to compassionate addiction care across the country.
More than 500 community members attended the grand opening, where guests had the opportunity to meet Mike and Lauren, take photos, tour the new facility, and connect with local businesses and community partners. The event featured food from Nonna's Concord, handcrafted mocktails by The Social Spritz, a build-your-own bouquet experience from Little Bug Flower Bar, Archangel Centers merchandise from ThreadzCLT, music by Magic Moments Productions, and a variety of additional community-focused vendors that helped make the day a true celebration of healing, hope, and connection.

Located in the Charlotte metro area, Archangel Centers North Carolina provides comprehensive treatment for adults struggling with substance use. Services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate, trauma-informed care, individual and group therapy, family programming, and coordinated referrals for detox and inpatient treatment when needed.
