The new Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) provides an enrollment pathway using a personal agent who can offer a comprehensive consumer experience. Through EDE the agent can facilitate the eligibility application, enrollment, and year-round customer service.
An enhancement of EDE is the filter that provides ACA quote results by provider and prescription. This means agents no longer need to go to each carrier for a provider search to verify if a client's physician is in the network.

The EDE Dashboard also monitors the status of ACA enrollment from start to finish and, essentially, "holds your place in line" without losing valuable data during the enrollment process.
