The Lake Norman Philharmonic (LKN PHIL) is pleased to announce the launch of its 2025-26 concert season with a free community performance on October 19, 2025, at Bethany Church of Lexington, NC.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Experience a spectacular afternoon of live music with Maestro Eduardo Cedeño and the Lake Norman Philharmonic at  Bethany Church of Lexington, 193 Bethany Road, Lexington, NC 27292, on Sunday, October 19th, @ 5:00 PM!  Admission is Free to the public.

Concert Highlights include classical selections and music from famous films such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator, and Rocky Broadway!   Also featuring special performances: a Bassoon Concerto  and Concerto for Two Violins

Following this celebratory opening, the season lineup includes other free performances:
  • November 4, 2025 – LKN Phil Camerata Strings at Mitchell Community College, Mooresville, NC
  • December 11, 2025 – Lake Norman Philharmonic – Annual Holiday Concert @ Charles Mack Citizen Center, Mooresville, NC.  
  • December 12, 2025 – LKN Phil Camerata Strings @ A Classic Christmas 2025, at Charles Mack Citizen Center, Mooresville, NC.

The Lake Norman Philharmonic ("LKN PHIL) is a registered, nonprofit community orchestra founded and conducted by Maestro Eduardo Cedeño.  The LKN Phil is comprised of community musicians. It is open to all local instrumentalists who desire to share their talent and perform orchestral music that enhances the performing arts in communities surrounding Lake Norman, North Carolina. The LKN PHIL is committed to outreach and collaboration with artists from the local community, schools, and universities, with programs that foster music education.  The Orchestra performs from four to six concerts a year, beginning in April and continuing through early December.  No audition or fee is required; rehearsals are held every Monday evening, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Langtree Charter Academy Upper School in Mooresville, NC.  Website:  lknphil.org
