In a new statement to the press, Kuester Management Group details the separation of responsibilities between HOA Boards and management teams.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- In the typical homeowners association, both a Board of Directors and an on-site management company are involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring the HOA runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. "If the board makes decisions and formulates strategy, the management company helps to execute it," says Kuester. "This might mean facilitating communications with residents, negotiating terms with different vendors, and functioning in more of an advisory role to the Board."
