GARNER, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Calder Capital, a nationwide mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is proud to announce the successful acquisition of Full Circle Environmental of Garner, North Carolina, by AQUALIS of Morrisville, North Carolina.
Founded in 2001, AQUALIS provides stormwater and wastewater engineering, compliance, and management services to clients nationwide. With a growth strategy centered on acquiring complementary water services businesses, Erin Grenz, AQUALIS's Chief Development Officer, engaged Calder Capital's Buy-Side team to identify acquisition opportunities that would expand its capabilities and geographic reach while supporting the acquired companies' employees and long-term growth.
AQUALIS' engagement led to Calder Capital sourcing Full Circle Environmental.
Founded in 2017, Full Circle Environmental provides septic and wastewater services to residential and commercial customers in North Carolina, with expertise in complex engineered installations, system design, pumping, and repairs. The company aligned with several of AQUALIS's acquisition criteria, including its North Carolina location, water services focus, and established management team.

Grenz stated, "This acquisition strengthens AQUALIS's presence in North Carolina through the addition of septic capabilities as we move to enter the HOA market, as well as further service our existing portfolio by providing a more complete, full-lifecycle solution for their water infrastructure needs."
Hannah Nabhan of Calder Capital served as the Lead Mergers & Acquisitions Director to AQUALIS. Serving as Senior Associate was Logan Theodorou of Calder Capital.
Calder's Buy-Side team generated 44 off-market seller introductions, leading to 22 client pursuits, and one offer made, resulting in the successful acquisition of Full Circle Environmental. Calder Capital introduced AQUALIS to Full Circle Environmental one month into the start of the engagement. The Letter of Intent between AQUALIS and Full Circle Environmental was executed in June and the deal closed four months later.
Grenz noted, "Calder Capital continues to provide an exceptional partnership to AQUALIS. Our deal team, consisting of Hannah Nabhan and Logan Theodorou, continue to source promising opportunities, and we were excited to get this opportunity closed."
