Insurance agency improves personal lines churn with AI-powered cancellation analytics

GARNER, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Jones Advisors is pleased to announce a new partnership with ReFocus AI, through which the two organizations will use machine learning to proactively review claims data, policy changes, and other factors to identify customer stressors that may suggest an increased need for advisor communication.

As insurance carriers are involving the agents less in claims resolution, agencies like Jones are looking for software solutions to examine the claims data from the carriers. ReFocus AI's Converge platform offers a unique, turnkey solution that integrates with popular management systems such as Applied EPIC, AMS360, and Hawksoft.  Jones Advisors will leverage the predictive power of their data to increase awareness of potential client issues and enable them to reach out proactively.

"Every policyholder is important to us. This platform will help us help us sift through the data and determine which of our customers may benefit from proactive assistance or service on their policies," says Wortham Boyle, Managing Partner. "ReFocus AI will enable our team to provide more targeted service to our clients in a scalable way. It's a win for us, as well as for our customers."
