KATY, Texas - ncarol.com -- Inframark, an industry-leading applied technology and solutions company specializing in water and wastewater treatment services in the U.S., is proud to announce the acquisition of Dmytryka Jacobs Engineers (DJE). This strategic addition strengthens Inframark's Automation & Intelligence (A&I) group, which now includes more than 300 dedicated employees.

Founded in Toledo, Ohio, in 1994, DJE designs, develops, and implements instrumentation and control systems primarily for municipal water and wastewater clients. The firm also offers consultative engineering services for electrical and automation system design. With a strong presence in Ohio and neighboring states — Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky — DJE provides Inframark with an expanded solutions portfolio, and valuable growth and client service opportunities in the Midwest.

"Inframark remains committed to expanding the reach and capabilities of our A&I business in support of our clients," explains Steve Meininger, Inframark's Chief Executive Officer. "Together, we are reinforcing our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships and look forward to blending our talented teams."

Led by President David W. Dmytryka, P.E., DJE has delivered flagship projects across Ohio, including work with the City of Toledo's water treatment facilities and distribution system, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, and the Cleveland Water Department. "We've always made sure the needs and expectations of our clients are met by doing what we say we will, on time and within budget," says Dmytryka. "Joining Inframark gives us access to greater resources, enabling us to deliver enhanced value while continuing our tradition of excellence." DJE's entire team, including its leadership and the broader employee group, will remain actively engaged in the business.

"The addition of DJE marks our third successful partnership for A&I in 2025, following the recently announced acquisitions of WHECO Controls in Fort Worth, Texas, and Systems East in Hampton, Virginia. We will continue to add culturally and operationally aligned businesses across Inframark's national footprint to provide comprehensive, industry-leading services to our clients," says Jim Irwin, Inframark's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.
