WILMINGTON, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Elderhaus has received a transformational grant from The Endowment to strengthen services for low-income seniors and expand community impact in New Hanover County. This funding will support hiring a Enrollment Coordinator to boost outreach, increase enrollment, and ensure continued access to person-centered care despite recent funding cuts.
The grant also enables strategic planning to grow service lines, build partnerships, and enhance infrastructure. Elderhaus expects to increase its donor base by 20%, securing long-term sustainability and meeting the needs of a rapidly aging population.
