[Nashville, Tennessee] – [March 25, 2024] – Two prominent local communities dedicated to the development and support of spiritual leaders, IAOMAI Retreats and The North Star Community, have announced an exciting global partnership. In a move that marks a significant milestone for both organizations, founders Misti Dian and Michelle Donice expressed their enthusiasm and conviction for the unified future of launching their mission outside of their local arena.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - ncarol.com -- "Our vision has always been to create spaces where souls come together for rejuvenation, learning, and connection," said Misti Dian, founder of IAOMAI Retreats. "This partnership amplifies our ability to reach leaders internationally and enrich their spiritual leadership journeys."

With mutually aligned missions, both sides celebrate this opportunity to enhance and extend their offerings. Michelle Donice Gillis, Ph. D., founder of The North Star Community, stated, "This partnership expands the work of The North Star Community. It allows for the important, progressive contributions of both mxn and womxn, and prepares individuals to lead with soul. Leadership of a family, of an organization, or of a business. We are all leaders in some capacity."
