YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- The Franklin County Home Builders Association (FCHBA) is pleased to announce that construction will be underway by early 2024 to renovate office space at 16 South Main Street in Franklinton to provide the first-ever permanent home for the organization.
A Building Fund Social and Auction will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 5:00 – 8:00 PM, at the site of the association's future home, 16 South Main Street in Franklinton to raise funds for the FCHBA home. The winning raffle ticket for a Kubota 54" Zero Turn Mower will be drawn at the event (raffle tickets are currently available for sale), and an auction for numerous items will start at 6:30 PM. Event sponsors are Wendell Builders Supply, Julie Wright Realty Group, and The Jim Allen Group.

"Our new home will be in the heart of the fast-growing area of downtown Franklinton," said Tracey Elkins Ramsey, FCHBA Executive Officer. "We're excited to be a part of the revitalization taking place in this wonderful downtown."
The Franklin County HBA is a non-profit association of building professionals dedicated to promoting, educating, and advocating the advancement of the residential construction industry and issues while serving the community and promoting affordable housing and the American Dream of home ownership.
