Jasmine's Smart House partners with Dorothy Mae Hall Women's Center
RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Jasmine's Smart House, founded by Jasmine Galloway, is excited to announce their new partnership with the Dorothy Mae Hall Women's Center (DMHWC), founded by Freda Bullock. Both organizations strive to provide transitional housing to women that are homeless, with children, or domestic violence survivors or victims along with medical, food, therapy, toiletry, and clothing resources. Their guiding mission of this partnership is to help these impacted women in the community reach a life of self-sufficiency and safety.
In the coming weeks the two organizations will begin several outreach projects and resource fulfillment efforts throughout the community. This past week they began their monthly feed the homeless initiative providing meals and toiletries to homeless citizens throughout the downtown Raleigh area.

Founded in 2020, after years of struggle that included familial dysfunction, sexual trauma, domestic abuse, homelessness, and mental health challenges, Jasmine's S.M.A.R.T. House — a transitional home for pregnant, homeless women, opened its doors in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jasmine was a determined young mother and inspired to try and help as many women that shared similar circumstances by providing the practical necessities of healthy food, adequate shelter, medical care, and support services every mother-to-be deserves, along with instruction in a number of "life lessons" the founder learned in her climb from struggle to success. Designed to help new mothers get back on their feet, and stay there, Jasmine's S.M.A.R.T. House is poised to become an invaluable community resource.
