Award-winning brand designer and community builder joins America's leading lacrosse equipment company to elevate brand presence and member experience nationwide
MOORESVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Crankshooter, the family-founded lacrosse equipment manufacturer trusted by players, coaches, and programs across America, today announced the appointment of Christian DiMonda as Director of Marketing. In this role, Christian will lead Crankshooter's brand strategy, digital presence, and community growth as the company expands its national footprint in lacrosse equipment, training gear, and certified game balls.
Christian brings a rare combination of strategic brand vision and proven community-building results. He joins Crankshooter from The Health Club CLT in Charlotte, NC, where, as Director of Sales & Marketing, he architected the brand identity, digital presence, and community strategy of a ground-up luxury fitness community from the ground up — generating a waitlist of more than 2,000 prospective members and sustaining 300+ new waitlist additions per month with zero paid advertising spend. Under his leadership, the club scaled to 1,800 active members, becoming one of the most talked-about wellness destinations in Charlotte.

Prior to The Health Club CLT, Christian served as Senior Designer at Obviouslee Marketing, a nationally recognized creative agency specializing in experiential sports and entertainment branding, based in Charleston, SC. There, he led brand identity and full design execution — spanning digital, print, and environmental touchpoints — for the Credit One Charleston Open across four consecutive tournaments, one of the premier WTA events in the United States. He also spearheaded the branding and identity development for the Cincinnati Open, delivering a complete, client-approved brand system within a two-week turnaround. The Cincinnati Open branding launched successfully at the 2024 event to widespread acclaim from both the client and the tennis community.
"Christian is exactly the kind of leader Crankshooter needs at this stage of our growth," said Dale Tweedy, CEO of Crankshooter. "He has built brands and communities that people genuinely want to belong to — from premier WTA tennis events to one of Charlotte's fastest-growing wellness communities. Lacrosse is a sport built on community, family, and tradition, and Christian understands how to translate that authenticity into a brand experience our customers will feel every time they interact with us."
