Newport Beach personal injury law firm Bisnar Chase recently welcomed Jake Cohen to its litigation team. Cohen's practice focuses on consumer and personal injury cases including auto accidents, slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, dog attacks, defective products, fire damage and fire damage. "Having grown up in a crime-ridden, low-income neighborhood, I'm no stranger to being made to feel vulnerable by those seeking to take advantage of others," Cohen said. Cohen grew up in Venice Beach, California, and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science, then graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
He has worked full-time from the age of 16 until completion of law school to finance his education in many roles, including as a personal trainer and in hospitality and restaurants.
His many honors and awards include being selected as Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (A.B.O.T.A.)
