CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 1, 2025 ~ Amwins, a leading distributor of specialty insurance products, has announced its acquisition of Nelligan, an independent general agency specializing in group ancillary benefits. This strategic partnership will bolster Amwins' Group Benefits division by expanding its ancillary benefits capabilities and solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
The transaction, which closed today, brings together two highly reputable companies with complementary product offerings and established relationships with brokers and carriers.
