Ink manufacturing company, Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. introduces XG Series ink for rubber, flexible foam, textiles, and soft touch coated materials. Examples applications include soft touch pens, t-shirt neck labels, Squishy Relief Toys, and flexible foam stress ball relievers.
WOBURN, Mass. - ncarol.com -- Global printing industry leader Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., announces the release of the best ink for printing on foam, rubber, nylon, synthetics, and most soft-touch materials—the XG Series.
Many industrial, promotional, and contract printing companies struggle to print on foam and soft-feel-coated materials. The Natron® XG Series bonds perfectly to TPR/TPE, EVA foam materials, cotton, nylon, EPDM, polyurethane, and many other flexible materials. What separates this ink from other competing inks is its high opacity, excellent adhesion, flexibility, and gloss.

When applied to fabrics, the XG Series inks comply with domestic washing and drying standards for textile testing. Prints on fabrics maintain their image quality after 25 home washes and 50 industrial washes, ensuring they are a durable ink choice for apparel.
This new pad and screen-printing ink for stress ball relievers is compatible with all screen and pad printing machines. Companies utilizing pad printing machines can effectively use this ink for tagless printing. As a tagless printing ink, the XG Series adheres to various fabric materials, including cotton, polyester, nylon, poly blends, leather, and more. It is available in 22 standard colors and two metallic colors.
