AM Best Reaffirms Amwins Score on DUAE Performance Assessment

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 2, 2023 ~ For the second consecutive year, Amwins, a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services, has received AM Best's highest assessment score for its delegated underwriting authority enterprises (DUAEs). This score is the result of AM Best's Performance Assessment (PA) for Delegated Underwriting Authority Enterprises (DUAEs), which is a comprehensive analysis consisting of quantitative and qualitative assessments.

In order to achieve their PA-1 score for two consecutive years now, Amwins has implemented innovative strategies in building and scaling their underwriting infrastructure and tools along with an experienced team of underwriters, actuaries and CAT modelers to deliver profitable results for their carrier partners.
