HOUSTON - ncarol.com -- ActivePipe is a global Lead nurturing platform that empowers brokerages to deliver world class lead nurturing experience to their agents' clients.

To further its mission, ActivePipe acquired HomePrezzo, one of the world's largest real estate content providers in 2020. HomePrezzo's content distribution technology is integrated into ActivePipe's platform.

Buyers and sellers will receive timely and relevant content based on their behavior. Agent follow up will be deeply aligned to the online experience resulting in a client experience never before seen with other technology providers.

Real estate brokerages can now leverage ActivePipe's powerful Lead nurturing  platform to quickly develop customized and automated client nurture campaigns at scale across all of their agents, a real game changer.

With the movement of tech enabled brokerages, it is becoming increasingly challenging for agents to provide customers with the same level of personalized customer experience as some of the fast growing tech enabled brokerages entering the space.

With younger generations now making up a significant portion of the real estate market, a world class, deeply integrated online and offline customer experience is simply expected.

ActivePipe's CEO, Ashley Farrugia said, "We are excited to empower brokerages across the US with a solution that their Agents desperately need. With the millennial generation now playing a big role in the real estate ecosystem, brokerages are under increasing pressure to provide their agents with the tools to impress a generation that expect a world class digital customer experience."

"I can't speak highly enough of the instant impact ActivePipe's Nurture program had on our agents' business," said Brittany Lusardi, Vice President of Marketing at Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty. "We launched the program this past month and agents were immediately reporting increased listing activity related to the campaigns they sent and overall, our brokerage engagement on the platform has had an enormous boost. The ability to automate our email marketing at scale, across our agents on ActivePipe, is a huge value add."

Alina Jarrin, Creative Content Manager of Client Implementations said, "I'm excited to be a key member to execute this program. I spent three years working at Vista Sotheby's International Realty prior to starting with ActivePipe. I know first hand the problems NURTURE solves. I'm excited to work with our client brokerages to develop customized and automated client nurture campaigns at scale to drive revenue."

In a recent survey conducted by the T3 Sixty group, Agents stated that it was critical to their business to keep in contact with new leads and their active clients. However three factors were holding them back: manually following up on new leads took too much time (42%); they did not want to contact their clients too often to become annoying (24%); they did not know how to automate their communications, so much was done manually (17%).

To address these needs, ActivePipe launched a new program called NURTURE. With this program, brokerages will get prebuilt customer journeys right out of the box  that are based on the brokerages' target audiences. ActivePipe has also built an in-house "Nurture Team," recruited from successful, high growth brokerages. Using their industry experience, this team will create customized lead nurture campaigns for ActivePipe's clients. With this time saving service, brokerages can focus on driving revenue growth while providing their clients with an exceptional experience.
