MOORESVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Local North Carolina Union Organizers (www.myweu.com) are applying pressure to part of the Walmart Ecommerce Distribution Chain to NOT CUT WAGES by $2 per hour.
Walmart has continually claimed to put workers first which Walmart calls Associates. Walmart employs over 1.2 Million Associates in the United States alone.
While Walmart enjoyed another year of $13.7 Billion in profits they continued to pay less than living wages to a historic number of Americans.
The Troutman NC Associates (and Others) are scheduled to have their pay cut by $2.00 per hour in less than 2 weeks.
So as Walmart continues to raise it's prices it also continues to cut its Associates pay. Actions speak louder than words and the Walmart Employees Union is standing up to Walmart's hollow words.

In fact the fair thing to do is not only STOP the PAY CUT cut but to add a cost of living adjustment of an additional $1 just to keep up with inflation.
Unfortunately based on history... Walmart will not only cut workers pay but also continue to pay less than living wages to Millions of people.
Please contact us at info@myweu.com if you would like to help support the Unionization of Walmart Associates.
It's time for Fair Living Wages and United We Stand.
