Promotions serve growing market demand for comprehensive privacy talent solutions

Jess Barre was named Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management; and Rachael Haher has been named Vice President of Business Development and Account Management. Both executives are highly-regarded privacy industry veterans and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective roles.
The expert privacy team at TRU works with corporations, law firms, and consultancies to source, develop, and place critical privacy talent from entry level to leadership – including contract, direct hire, temporary, and project-based team placements.

Barre joined TRU in 2018, most recently serving as Director of Recruitment and Account Management. As Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management for TRU's privacy practice, she will provide executive oversight over representing talent in the privacy vertical. As an attorney, Barre brings a unique perspective and more than a decade of experience to her role matching privacy talent with client opportunities.
Haher also joined the company in 2018, most recently holding the position of Director of Business Development. As Vice President of Business Development and Account Management, she will take on executive oversight over business development, operations, client onboarding and program management for TRU's privacy staffing practice. Haher is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) leadership community and is the Co-Chair for the Western New York KnowledgeNet Chapter, and brings more than 15 years of experience to her leadership role.
