Designed for high-traffic commercial environments, TOLI AdVantage helps facilities prioritize safety without sacrificing durability or aesthetics.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- High-traffic commercial spaces, from hospitals and schools to gyms and senior living communities, face an ongoing risk of viral transmission from surfaces. TOLI North America's AdVantage anti-viral flooring helps facilities protect occupants by combining scientifically-backed viral protection with durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces and thoughtful design.

"Commercial spaces today can't compromise between safety, performance and design," said Jeff Katz, chief operating officer at TOLI North America. "With AdVantage, we provide flooring that adds to viral safety protocols while still delivering the durability and aesthetics that designers and facility managers expect."

Unlike standard flooring, AdVantage continuously destroys viruses without additional coatings or chemical treatments, helping facility managers reduce risk while maintaining a clean, attractive environment that can withstand heavy foot traffic, spills and frequent cleaning.

Built into the product, AdVantage has permanent anti-viral properties integrated into the upper-most portion of the wear layer. When exposed to viruses, whether through coughing, sneezing or shoes, the virus chemically bonds to the anti-viral layer. Degrading the virus's structure, including its membranes and shells, destroys the virus. The remaining fragments are eliminated during routine maintenance, and the flooring continues to protect people from viruses.

AdVantage's anti-viral performance has been independently tested and certified by the Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles (SIAA), demonstrating 99% or greater viral reduction within 24 hours.

Ideal for hospitals, schools, senior living communities, gyms and other community spaces, AdVantage flooring offers a practical solution for reducing virus risk. AdVantage performs under high foot traffic and in spaces that require frequent cleaning.
