Located on a 14,000 sq meter site surrounded by foliage and greenery, the exquisite 24-room all-suite property is within a 15-minute walk to Toshogu Shrine, Rinnoji Temple, and Futarasan Shrine and other World Heritage Sites. Mysterious Kanmangafuchi Abyss – a canyon lined with religious statues is a 20-minute stroll, while Nikko's iconic Kegon Falls and Lake Chūzenji can be reached in a 25-minute drive or a 40-minute Tobu Bus ride. The design, construction and decoration incorporate the stylistic beauty of Japan in conjunction with elements of nature and the historic iconography of Nikko. All guest suites are 56 sqm or more and are equipped with private, natural hot spring baths. The most exclusive "FUFU Luxury Premium Suite," also has a rotenburo (outdoor open-air bath)! The Japanese restaurant "Setchu" offers a full course of Kaiseki or Teppanyaki cuisine at dinner, featuring local seasonal ingredients, Japan and the world's thre delicacies, which can be paired with a thorough selection of sake and wine. Japanese set-meal breakfast is available from 8:00-10:00 am daily. There is also a lounge that overlooks a Japanese garden offers afternoon tea and bar drinks. FUFU Lounge Afternoon Tea 2:00-5:00 pm; Bar 5:00 pm – midnight.
FUFU Nikko Onsen Resort is all non-smoking. Amenities include Free Wi-Fi & LAN, TV, DVD, VOD, Minibar, free drinks (limited), coffee, tea, Organic skincare (facial, hair, body). In addition to private in-room bathing, there is a communal bath. There is a souvenir corner and free parking. The resort is proud to offer butler service, as well as in-room check-in, with a private utility box for all guests. Check-in hours from 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am.
