RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Officials of The Preiss Company (TPCO), one of the nation's largest, privately-held, student housing owner-operators, today announced that John Preiss has been promoted to president. In his new role, Preiss will oversee executive leadership and continue to foster the company's growth in both student and conventional multi-family industries.
