  • 75.76% Report Clear Communication of Instructions: While most candidates felt that instructions were clear, a notable minority still experienced confusion, indicating the need for more precise and user-friendly guidelines.
  • Mixed Results on Bias Reduction: The survey found that 36% of jobseekers believe asynchronous interviews reduce hiring bias, while 25% disagreed, and 40% were undecided, pointing to the ongoing challenges of addressing bias in hiring.
