CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Cato Corporation (NYSE: CATO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share.  The dividend will be payable on June 21, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 7, 2021.

The $0.11 dividend, or $0.44 on an annualized basis, represents an annualized yield of 3.1% at the closing market price on May 19, 2021.
