Created with financially restricted homeowners in mind, The Anderson Group Concierge Program also provides approved participants with the up-front financial resources to complete all agreed-upon renovations or staging, deferring 100% of payment for services rendered through the program until the close of escrow.

Once a client has been approved to participate in the Concierge Program, The Anderson Group's team of professionals will develop a customized plan to prepare the home for sale and will also coordinate and facilitate all agreed-upon renovations and staging from beginning to completion.
