DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. - ncarol.com -- STG Logistics, a leading provider of specialty 3PL services critical to the global supply chain and a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, announces the appointment of four new Vice Presidents.
Paloma Burnell, Vice President – Field Sales & Client Services
Paloma is proud to have been with STG for three years. Paloma's team will continue to oversee the management of STG's top clients and in her new role, Paloma will lead STG's field sales group with the goal of expanding existing business nationwide. Paloma earned her bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine and her prior logistics experience includes UTi Worldwide and DSV Air & Sea.
Paloma is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Cesar Constante, Vice President – Enterprise Sales, Northeast Region
Cesar is new to STG Logistics and joins us through the company's recent acquisition of Veeco Services. He will be in charge of targeting high-level accounts and driving sales in the northeast region. Cesar received his Bachelors in Management Science from Kean University and brings experience in warehouse management, traffic management and has held positions of VP of Transportation, General Sales Manager, VP of Sales and VP of Sales and Business Development.

He's an avid Green Bay Packers fan whose hobbies include coaching both wrestling and football. Cesar enjoys spending time with his family at the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Mari Dominguez, Vice President – Enterprise Sales, Southeast Region
Mari is a new hire who has spent 34 years in the South Florida market and will be responsible for targeting high-level accounts and driving sales in the southeast region. She studied Business Administration at Miami Dade Community College and her logistics experience includes working in ocean liner services, for national LTL companies and international forwarding. During her career she has held positions of Business Development, Station Management and Director of Sales.
Outside of work, Mari is passionate about family, logistics and dogs.
Matt Hodson, Vice President – Enterprise Sales, Western Region
Matt brings a lifetime of experience in the CFS and logistics industries to STG as the son of the founder of Summit Northwest, an STG Logistics acquisition in 2019. Summit NW is the premier CFS provider in the Pacific Northwest. Upon joining STG, Matt brought along his exceptional knowledge of the industry as well as his involvement in local and national trade associations advocating for his company and for the industry. Matt's role will be identical to that of Cesar and Mari and his territory is the western region.

In his free time, Matt and his wife and three kids enjoy spending time outdoors around their home outside Portland, Oregon.
STG's new CEO, Paul Svindland, is enthusiastic about their appointments.
"As STG Logistics has continued to grow organically and through select acquisitions, the company has successfully been able to promote from within our ranks."
Svindland continued, "I wish all four of them well in their new roles as they look to expand beyond their home markets and cover their territories and areas of responsibility."
All four will report to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Dave Sosnowski.
