The training significantly improves a wide range of communication, influence and relationship skills. Typically delegates choose to develop the one or two specific capabilities that will have the most impact on themselves, and those that are important to them.

Free Discovery

All Business NLP's certified programmes include a leadership assessment, an approach to get feedback and feed-forward from the key people around them, and the chance to clarify what is important to them.

In addition this discovery phase of three 'no charge' skype sessions allows potential participants to determine the value they are likely to get from the programme, before making a commitment to go ahead.

Programme structure

The programme includes 1) free discovery sessions 2) NLP practitioner revision 3) an advanced NLP project, normally modelling high achievers in leadership, sales or relationships. 4) Certification and integration. How to apply and build on what they've learnt.

Programme duration

The programme is over six months based on 1 1-hour session a week, plus reading and practical (and useful) exercises and tasks.

Participant requirements

Prospective delegates must be NLP practitioners from an acceptable NLP institute.
