The Animals in Art Show celebrates animals with amazing art in order to raise funds for the Outer Banks Coastal Humane Society. The non-profit helps financially distressed pet owners to keep and take care of their cuddly pet pals.
Artists from around the world have entered over 120 pieces of original art, uniting in love for animals, and applauding the joy they bring to our lives.
How Can You Create a Better World for Animals with Art?
You can feel good about helping to fund efforts that care for these pets… that's what you do when you buy an art piece from the show. A portion of the gallery's art sales is donated to this year's nonprofit recipient, the Coastal Humane Society.

Melanie Smith, owner of Seaside Art Gallery is an avid animal lover. She brings her passion for art and animals together in this amazing Animals in Art Show. This exclusive exhibit celebrates animals while helping to create a better world for them.
"This is one of my favorite shows… the art is extraordinary and it helps pet owners who are financially distressed to keep and take care of their pets during an uncertain time in their life. We have wonderful artists in the show including new ones this year. The show has grown!" says Smith. "10% of the proceeds go to the Coastal Humane Society."
Proceeds Benefit the Coastal Humane Society
A portion of proceeds from the sale of any item in the show now through February 27th, 2021, will be donated to the Coastal Humane Society benefiting animals.
The Coastal Humane Society is an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring all animals are cared for and no caretaker is forced to give up a pet because of financial hardship. The organization has helped 6,000+ animals and caretakers in Dare and Currituck counties since 1997.

Seaside Art Gallery is one of the largest galleries in the Southeast, with more than 50 years of excellence and reputed customer service. The Smith family established it in 1961. Owner Melanie Smith is an accredited fine arts appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers.
