CHARLOTTE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- This week SavAlex Homes, LLC entered into a definitive agreement to purchase more residential lots in Charlotte's rapidly growing Camp North End area.
Trey Brungardt, Head of Finance for SavAlex Homes, LLC commented, "the uniqueness of Camp North End's history is undeniable and deserves a brief. It is our understanding that During the Cold War, the site shifted into missile development. It was referred to as CAMP by the US ARMY, short for Charlotte Area Missile Plant, which is what inspired the name used today. Fast forward to today and this 76-acre campus houses a variety of businesses and thankfully remains rooted and supportive of community. This marks our fourth (4th) acquisition of residential lots in the Camp North End area since the Spring of this year. This area continues to demonstrate real and continuous economic growth. With the growth, typically appears the associated population advance and thus the requisite need for more homes. At SavAlex we too intend to be rooted in this community and create more homes to support it!"
