RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA-RWC) recently hosted the Parade of Homes over three weekends in September and October. This self-guided tour featured over 200 new homes showcasing cutting-edge designs, products, and technology, with options for every budget, from affordable homes to luxury estates.

This free event, sponsored by Builders FirstSource, Chatham Park, Dominion Energy, Green Front Furniture, Walter Magazine, and Triangle Media Partners, offered prospective buyers a relaxed environment to explore a range of homes without ticket requirements.

The Parade Gala took place on October 7, 2024, at the Sheraton Imperial, announcing winners across more than 25 categories, with price ranges from $270,000–$340,000 up to $4.5–$6 million. Each category featured a Bronze, Silver, and Gold winner, with homes judged by industry professionals from outside the Triangle area.

"The Parade provides insight into the local real estate market," said Paul Kane, Executive Vice President/CEO of HBA-RWC. "Visitors gain an understanding of current pricing, available home styles, and neighborhood amenities, all valuable information for anyone considering a move."
