RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- The Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) is pleased to announce the 2020-21 Board of Directors and Council Leadership. The new leadership terms will begin September 14, 2020, during the virtual PBSA Annual Conference.

         "I'm pleased to welcome these esteemed colleagues to the 2020-21 PBSA Board of Directors and Council Leadership," says Bon Idziak, 2019-20 PBSA Chair. "PBSA's growth and change over the last year has been remarkable and I can't think of a better group of individuals to lead this global organization into the future."

         Re-elected for two-year board terms as directors were Sachin Aggarwal, AMS Inform; Chad Ascar, IntelliCorp Records, Inc.; and Tim Gordon, InfoMart. Elected for three-year board terms as directors were Elizabeth Fitzell, Sterling RISQ; David Hutchinson, PeopleCheck; and Summa McCosker, HireRight/PeopleCheck.

Continuing on the board as directors are: Noelle Harling, Frasco Profiles; Todd Higey, Employment Screening Services; and Katie Kulp, Chane Solutions Inc.; and Dean Carras, Appriss Insights.

Officers for 2020-21 are: Michelle Leblond, PlusOne Solutions Inc., chair; Kelly Uebel, Asurint, chair-elect; and Bon Idziak, Accurate Background Inc., immediate past chair. Scott Maloney, Omni Data Retrieval, joins the 2020-21 officers as secretary/treasurer of PBSA.

         The four PBSA Councils (APAC, Canada, Europe, and U.S.) represent a group of members who share a geographic region, each reporting to the PBSA Board of Directors. The Council Chair and Chair Elect serve as executive leadership of the Council.

         The 2020-21 Council Leadership teams are as follows:
·       APAC Council: Shakil Gour, Neeyamo, chair; and Chetan Desai, SecureSearch, chair elect.
