DURHAM, N.C., April 16, 2024 ~ Prime Healthcare and EmVenio Research have joined forces to launch the EmVenio Research Center at Prime Healthcare, a new initiative that aims to improve access to clinical research for patients while also expanding the research capabilities of Prime Healthcare hospitals.
EmVenio Research, a community research provider, will now have the opportunity to conduct research at Prime Healthcare hospitals and offer patients improved access to clinical trials. With 44 hospitals and over 300 outpatient locations across the United States, Prime Healthcare is one of the nation's leading health systems. Known for its commitment to quality excellence and innovation, Prime Healthcare will provide the necessary infrastructure and clinical support for EmVenio Research to conduct advanced clinical trials.
Through this collaboration, EmVenio will work with Prime Healthcare hospitals to identify potential candidates for clinical trials using Health Wizz. This secure platform connects with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, protecting patient data while streamlining the process of identifying, screening, and enrolling study participants. All data collected will be kept secure and used only with patient consent.
