Fractional human resource management firm, Performentor, recognizes eleven business leaders for cultivating workplaces powered by people energy

Alicia Parr, founder of Performentor remarks, "I deeply admire the work each of these amazing professionals has done to unleash the energies of their teams and model game-changing leadership."
Parr presents the vibrantly-hued statues in person to each awardee. Winners are surprised by Parr's presentation of the award at their respective workplaces because they are not notified in advance about the honor.
"I am noticing more mission-centric business leaders focusing on integrating whole person approaches into ways of leading and managing. These are the leaders I keep on my radar," Parr continued.
The Performentor team is already hard at work scouting for potential winners for 2023. Performentor evaluates potential winners throughout the year on a rolling basis.
