The Pinnacle At Patrick Square Town Center
CLEMSON, S.C. - ncarol.com -- Patrick Square Town Center is excited to announce a Topping Out and I-Beam Signing Event on February 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at The Pinnacle, a building in the Patrick Square Town Center. This milestone marks the newest addition to Town Center's development. It offers a unique opportunity for community members, business owners, and stakeholders to leave their mark by signing the final structural beam before placement.

As the heart of the Patrick Square community, Town Center is a hub for dining, shopping, services, entertainment, and wellness. The Pinnacle, its highly anticipated final phase, offers businesses customizable spaces tailored to their specific needs, including turn-key executive offices, open studio spaces, and larger custom retail suites.
