After being discontinued during the COVID pandemic and sold out at all former sales outlets, the Ultra CSV Crawl Space Vent is back by popular demand, reintroduced by an engineer, product developer, and do-it-yourselfer with a dedication to home improvement and an eye for simple, American ingenuity.

GREENVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Griff Invent, LLC, a small business with a passion for home improvement and maintenance products, has reintroduced the once-retired Ultra CSV Crawl Space Vent with the intent of making the product more widely available to homeowners, wholesale distributors, and professional installers. Ideal for replacing damaged or inefficient vents, use in new construction, and complete crawl space encapsulation projects, the Ultra CSV was perfected by a crawl space maintenance expert after years of development. Ultra CSV is a simple, durable solution to the challenges of seasonal ventilation, freeze protection, and dehumidification.

Ultra CSV Crawl Space Vents provide over 30% better airflow when open (52.1 sq. in. NFA) than typical slider-style vents, energy-saving airtight closure of the crawl space when needed, and complete installation and service from outside the home. Utilizing a patented cross bar that clamps the outer frame securely within the foundation vent opening from behind, Ultra CSV will not come loose or fall out with proper installation. Ultra CSV installs in less than 10 minutes with simple tools and is easily adapted to non-typical foundation vent openings and structural interferences. Its dual-mode flexibility allows for improved airflow in warmer months and reduced heat loss during cold weather. Conversion from summer to winter/encapsulation mode takes only 60 seconds with insertion of the solid seal plate included. For additional energy savings, insulation may be added in the space between the cross bar and seal plate.
