Notably, 73% of clients experienced a decrease in suicidal thoughts, and 92% reported improved mental well-being. Additionally, 46% of those who remained in the program for more than 30 days said it helped prevent a suicide attempt. These groundbreaking results are achieved through innovative, evidence-based care such as Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Suicide Prevention (BCBT-SP).
About The EQUAL Grant
The EQUAL Project exemplifies NuNorm's dedication to redefining self-care by integrating mental and emotional well-being into its mission. Funded by 2% of NuNorm's sales, the grant empowers organizations breaking barriers in mental health advocacy and support.
"At NuNorm, we believe self-care goes beyond skin deep. It's about fostering a healthier relationship with oneself and the world," said Jeff Lau. "Stop Soldier Suicide embodies the transformative impact we strive to achieve through The EQUAL Project, and we're thrilled to support their incredible work."
