CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 13, 2024 ~ Momentec Brands, a top designer, manufacturer, and marketer of customizable high-performance uniforms and fanwear, has announced the addition of three highly respected industry veterans to its leadership team.
David Baxter has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, Baxter will lead the Momentec Brands Board. He most recently served as President of Under Armour for the Americas Region, where he oversaw wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and team sports. Prior to that, Baxter held the position of President and CEO at LIDS Sports Group.

Joining Momentec Brands as Chief Financial Officer is Mike Moore. In this role, Moore will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. He brings with him a wealth of experience from various industries. Before joining Momentec Brands, Moore spent eight years at Fanatics as CFO of Fanatics Brands. He played a crucial role in driving strategic growth and profitability for the division and was instrumental in securing a $1 billion investment with Softbank in 2017. Prior to that, Moore held finance leadership positions at Tyco International.

Also joining Momentec Brands is Joel Bennink as Senior Vice President of Product Development. In this newly created position, Bennink will use customer and consumer insights to identify new product opportunities across all brands under Momentec Brands. With over 13 years of experience at Under Armour, Bennink has a proven track record in developing innovative products across various categories. He also has previous experience at New Era and Abercrombie & Fitch.
