Bridgewood has selected Charlotte-based BB+M as the architects, LandDesign as the civil engineers, and Choate Construction as the general contractor.

Bridgewood received rezoning approval for the site in July 2020 and is expected to break ground in the Spring of 2021. Bridgewood is also in the process of rezoning a property in the Green Hills submarket of Nashville, Tennessee and expects to move forward with the project in the first half of 2021.
