Morehead in Charlotte, North Carolina with plans underway to construct a luxury senior living community, The Village on Morehead. The community will offer exceptional living options for discerning seniors, proximate to Dilworth, Eastover, and Myers Park neighborhoods, offering convenient access to Charlotte's top medical providers as well as its most regarded cultural centers and attractions. Bridgewood has selected Charlotte-based BB+M as the architects, LandDesign as the civil engineers, and Choate Construction as the general contractor.

Bridgewood received rezoning approval for the site in July 2020 and is expected to break ground in the Spring of 2021. Bridgewood is also in the process of rezoning a property in the Green Hills submarket of Nashville, Tennessee and expects to move forward with the project in the first half of 2021.
