The training began with the Food Intensive to gain a greater understanding of the necessary documents, processes and steps in working with the largest retailers and foodservice operations in the United States
In addition, Luis participated in the 10th annual Thrive! Preferred Principal workshop. The most comprehensive training available to manage food brokers, Luis went through the steps necessary to become a preferred principal to the largest broker organizations in the USA.
