BOTHELL, Wash., April 10, 2025 ~ Leviton's Network Solutions Business Unit has recently completed a $25 million expansion project at its manufacturing facility in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The project, which began in 2022, has effectively doubled the size of the facility to meet the growing demand for Leviton's fiber optic cabling solutions.
The company held a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 9, 2025 to celebrate this milestone achievement. Among those in attendance were Leviton executives, local government officials, and employees from the Fuquay-Varina location.
According to Daryoush Larizadeh, President and CEO of Leviton, this expansion is a testament to the company's commitment to growth and success. "We are very proud of the work our team did to make this project happen," he stated. "Leviton's Network Solutions business unit is crucial to our future growth and success."
Larizadeh also expressed his confidence in the continued demand for fiber optic cabling systems in various industries such as commercial enterprises, data centers, and industrial environments. "We expect this demand to grow for many years as we support bandwidth-intensive applications like AI and Augmented Reality," he added.
