The organization announces Nadine Santana as President and Chief Operating Officer and Emilie Carlino, Manager of DEI and Partner Career Services.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - ncarol.com -- Lehigh Valley Inter-Regional Networking & Connecting Consortium (LINC), a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting employers, relocated employees, and the community, announced today that Nadine Santana will be the organization's President and Chief Operating Officer. Emilie Carlino will step into the newly hybrid role of Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Partner Career Services.
Santana joins LINC after building her career mentoring highly accomplished teams, opening new revenue streams, driving operational excellence, and positioning organizations for success. As Associate Vice President at Global Indemnity Group, she defined and deployed program operations, and executed national strategies, resulting in increased effectiveness, improved efficiencies, and consistent profitable growth. In her new role, Santana will monitor and enhance LINC's processes, oversee service, and program development and delivery, and lead strategic implementation. Passionate about DEI initiatives and social impact, Santana previously helped launch and lead D&I councils and Employee Resource Groups for Nationwide Insurance's Harleysville location and will continue to champion LINC's DEI programs.

Santana is succeeding immediate past CEO and Executive Director, Donna Cornelius, who is stepping down and will transition to a newly created part-time role as Chief Development & Growth Officer. Cornelius remains an integral part of LINC's leadership team and will continue to impact the organization by managing business development and growth of the organization.
Carlino comes to LINC with a decade of experience developing stronger workforces through employee optimization and professional development. She previously worked with Lehigh Valley Health Network on building internal mobility and career advancement and transition initiatives for employees. In addition to managing LINC's DEI efforts, Carlino will provide career support to spouses and partners of new hires relocating to the Lehigh Valley.
"LINC is proud to welcome both Nadine and Emilie to the team, and we look forward to their contribution toward LINC's continued growth in the Lehigh Valley," said Cornelius. "The impact that LINC maintains via the CEO Summit, DEI round tables and customer support has only increased as new hires relocate to the Lehigh Valley. The demand has grown, and we are growing with it to meet customer needs."
