The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation while managing risks associated with market volatility and the performance of underlying securities. Up to 30% of the Fund's AUM is allocated to semi-liquid positions in SAFTs, with these investments made shortly before the token generation event (TGE). The remainder of the portfolio is invested in liquid digital assets or OTC positions expected to become liquid within 12 months.
