RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Costello Real Estate and Investments Triangle is thrilled to add Jill Kuhn to their team - get to know her the way that we do! You will love having her in your corner!
"Client Centered" is Jill's middle name! Actually it's Marie, but that doesn't have quite the same real estate(ish) ring to it. Either way, you'll quickly see that Jill has an incredible way of making you feel right at home, totally comfortable, and a valued member of her inner circle. Maybe growing up with a huge extended family near Chicago had something to do with that? Or maybe she's just super easy to talk to? We think it's both.
Midwest winters drove Jill to look south for college, and she chose to attend Clemson University as a student-athlete majoring in Communications (and volleyball). This type of background has set her up to be a spirited competitor, a powerful advocate, and a fierce negotiator for her clients for many years now. Winning is second nature to her, but so is story telling. She has an arsenal of entertaining tales that will make you want to just hang out, talk and laugh. A lot. It happens every time. See what we mean? She's definitely more of a Jill "Client Centered" Kuhn. Marie was just not cut out for this kind of excitement.

Jill and her husband Dean moved to Raleigh 16 years ago. Since then, they added a golden retriever puppy who is now 15, two middle school aged daughters, and a handful of residential investment properties. Jill is also a lefty, a middle child (not that anyone cares), and apparently enjoys testing how many miles she can actually go on an "empty" tank of gas. It's a lot more than you think.
Visit http://jillkuhn.costellorei.com to start your search, sell your home, or both! Trust that Jill is always on-call to help you with your biggest financial investment - it's truly what she does best.
