HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- North Carolina Poet Laureate, Jaki Shelton Green, reads from her book "Breath of the Song." The reading caps the gallery's annual show "It's All About The Story" which features artwork inspired Ms. Green's poetry. The reading and reception will be held on Sunday, March 12th from 4-6pm at the Hillsborough Gallery of Arts, 121 N. Churton St. in Hillsborough. The event is free and open to the public. Owned and operated by 21 local artists, HGA represents these established artists exhibiting contemporary fine art and fine craft. The Gallery's offerings include oil and acrylic paintings, metal and figurative sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, jewelry, mouth-blown, fused and stained glass, and hand-crafted furniture. 121 N.
