Architect Patrick Kitzmiller of Austin Design Cooperative collaborated with Jennifer to create a truly awe-inspiring building. The modern architecture and oversized windows will leave you breathless, while the large garage door adds an unexpected element. Jennifer took this blank canvas and worked her magic, blending modern farm finishes with a touch of retro fusion. The flooring, shiplap, lighting, and finishes pay homage to the site's history, drawing inspiration from the Westborough Speedway and the farm that once existed below the concrete slab. To add a personal touch, Jennifer enlisted the help of her favorite local artist, Markus Sabastiano, who created stunning custom art and a mural specifically for Cold Harbor.

The new Cold Harbor facility offers something for everyone. It showcases an in-house brewery where fresh beer is crafted, a restaurant with a full menu, a bar, retail space, a flexible area for events, and an inviting outdoor patio.
